Sheryl Bindelglass, our Immediate Past President, has been named Member of the Year based upon her contribution of time and effort to our Chapter. She has greatly enhanced our meeting programming and has increased membership during her tenure. Sheryl is the CEO (Chief Energizing Officer) of SherylGolf, a speaking, training and consulting firm. Sheryl is a frequent speaker, moderator and facilitator at multiple national conferences in the retail and family entertainment businesses, including the Int’l Assn. of Amusement Parks & Attractions (IAAPA), BowlExpo, and Int’l Assn. of Trampoline Parks (IATP). She also presents to Fortune 500 companies and franchise groups on such topics as Presentation Skills, Call Center training and operations, Motivating without Money, Recruitment, Interviewing, Operating & Training (RIOT) and New Supervisor training. She is the author of four industry books including a series of PRO Guides to marketing and group sales.
