When not working in operations, Michael taught a variety of college business courses and served as department chairperson. He also held regional training and management positions within a Boston based start up training company. Educational background includes a Masters Degree in Training and Organization Development from Lesley University and Bachelors Degree from CUNY Brooklyn in Hospitality Management. Michael Goldberg is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). CSP is an earned designation awarded by the National Speakers Association and the International Federation for Professional Speakers to recognize demonstrated commitment to the speaking profession through proven speaking experience. Fewer than 10 percent of the thousands of speaking professionals worldwide hold this designation. Michael is an active member of the National Speakers Association, serving as an officer to the regional chapter. He was asked to serve on The National Board of Advisory in his first year as a member of the National Speakers Association. Michael is currently an award winning public speaking teacher at Rutgers University and frequently volunteers as a speaker at organizations focused on career search.

After over 20 years with Mobil Corporation, she opened her own consulting business, Inventive Strategies, in 2000. As the owner of Team Nimbus New Jersey, Lorette works with business owners, sales professionals, and independent professionals to train, coach and inspire them as they learn the “art of enjoying their business.” “I work at the intersection of business and people processes,”says Lorette. She uses the Team Nimbus approach to teach other business people how to create strategic alliances and referral partnerships, create a customized system for continuous referrals, and develop profitable, self-sufficient businesses that allow the owners to live the lifestyle they’ve dreamed of. Lorette has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University. At Mobil she worked in new product development and the management of innovation. She is President of the National Speakers Association NJ chapter, and served on the board of the Institute for Management Consultants, NJ.
