<p>A chemical engineer turned entrepreneur, Lorette brings her record  of innovation, knowledge of process thinking, and certified team skills  to her work in helping business owners move their business from  ordinary to extraordinary.</p>
<p>After over 20 years with Mobil Corporation, she opened her own  consulting business, Inventive Strategies, in 2000. As the owner of Team  Nimbus New Jersey, Lorette works with business owners, sales  professionals, and independent professionals to train, coach and inspire  them as they learn the &#8220;art of enjoying their business.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I work  at the intersection of business and people processes,&#8221;says Lorette. She  uses the Team Nimbus approach to teach other business people how to  create strategic alliances and referral partnerships, create a  customized system for continuous referrals, and develop profitable,  self-sufficient businesses that allow the owners to live the lifestyle  they&#8217;ve dreamed of.</p>
<p>Lorette has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering  from Princeton University. At Mobil she worked in new product  development and the management of innovation. She served on the planning  team for the PDMA&#8217;s Front End of Innovation Conference for five years.  Lorette is a Mobil-certified Team Skills trainer, and is a certified  Master Trainer for PeopleSmartTM and Team Nimbus.</p>
<p>She is  President of the National Speakers Association NJ chapter, and served on  the board of the Institute for Management Consultants, NJ. She has been  listed as a top management consultant by NJBiz and has served on the  boards of the NJ Youth Symphony, and the NJ Council of Farmers and  Communities. She speaks frequently on the subject of strategic planning,  business development, and execution for technical businesses, small  businesses and non-profit organizations.</p></div>
