The O'Keefe Group
Amanda Mitchell founded The O'Keefe Group to help create sustainable behavior change among high performers within the healthcare communications industry. A Master Certified Career Coach, she helps her clients get out of their own way, obtain the skills necessary for advancement and create teams that function more effectively.
Her most popular speaking topics include executive career planning, leadership development and navigating career transitions. A veteran of the advertising industry, her goal is to support and encourage those who create environments where people can thrive.
Due to an unfortunate proclivity toward naming pets after her transitory heroes, she now lives in NJ with Monty Hall and Kirby Puckett.

Welcome to the NSA-NJ web site!
As we celebrate our 4th year as a chapter, we continue to find new and innovative ways to enhance speaking opportunities for our members.
We plan to shake things up a bit with programming this year. Instead of the monthly dinner meeting format of the past, we’ll be offering some longer daytime “intensives” to provide more educational content. We’ll also be holding several networking events in different parts of the state to reach more prospective members and to expand opportunities for relationship building. But don’t worry; we’ll still be offering our popular “Extreme Career Makeover” event in March, our outstanding Professional Development Day in May, and our fun and festive holiday party in December.
