Monthly Chapter Meeting Information

NSA-NJ holds monthly meetings from September through June. These meetings vary in format, length, time of day, cost and location. Please visit our Upcoming Events page for more details. All members and non-members are invited to attend any of our Open Meetings. We offer several Member Exclusive events each year for NSA-NJ Members and Affiliates only. We generally meet in the Bridgewater, NJ area as it is centrally located and accessible from several major highways. We have members and guests that travel from NY, PA, and all parts of NJ.

We request that you make your reservation as early as possible, not later than five business days prior to the meeting, so that we may give the hotel an accurate count for dinner and set-up. Walk-ins will be accepted, space permitting. Late fees will apply.

Meeting Times:

Evening Dinner meetings:
5:00 - 6:00 p.m. Pre-meeting program and first time attendees orientation
6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Dinner, networking, and introductions
7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Program

Daytime intensives:
8:30 - 9:00 a.m. Registration and coffee
9:00 - 2:30 p.m. Program, lunch, and breaks

Meeting Fees:

Dinner meetings:
Members who pre-register up to 5 business days prior to meeting date: $35.00
Members thereafter or at the door: $40.00
Non-Members who pre-register: $50.00
Non-Members thereafter or at the door: $55.00

Daytime intensives and special events:
Fees vary

Cancellation Policy:

To be eligible for a refund, reservations may be cancelled up to 3 days prior to a meeting. People who reserve for a meeting and don't show up without canceling will be charged. To cancel a reservation please call 732-899-0810.
